As someone who lives locally to "Lucy Lou's Balloons" I have frequented the shop on many occasions and used the different services available. Every time it has been a very positive experience. Nicola and her team are always so welcoming and friendly. Their knowledge and expertise of what can be created out of balloons and what decorations are best for a certain occasion is very extensive. They know their card stock too and can always point you in the right direction for the card you're looking for.

The shop itself is always very well stocked with cards, gifts, wrapping paper, candles, balloons and very much more! It's one of those shops you go in for one specific card and come out with a gift or two (and perhaps a treat for yourself!) The telephone is always answered promptly and the conversations are always dealt with professionally. All orders are always met and the delivery service has always been reliable. If Nicola and her team agree a date and time with you, then you can rest assured that it will be adhered to. Overall, I'm so glad that we have "Lucy Lou's Balloons" in our village; they have helped to make many a family occasion a very special one with their bespoke ideas and suggestions.
